Introduction to NDT

Course Cost: $550

This introduction course is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to the field on Non Destructive Testing(NDT). Each major method is described with emphasis on applications, advantages, and limitations. Practical demonstrations supplement the formal presentations to enable the attendee to fully understand the variables and procedures employed with each method.

Ultrasonic Level I

Course Cost: $650

This course offers an introduction into ultrasonic testing and instrument operation. This 40 hour course offers in-depth coverage of ultrasonic theory and instrument operation. Our student training package includes guides to classroom trains, classroom exercises, facilitates clear understanding of technical principles, and practice test. Applications include ultrasonic thickness gauging, flaw detection and evaluation, and angle beam and immersion testing. This course satisfies the training hours needed for Level I certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.

Ultrasonic Level II

Course Cost: $650

This course offers in depth application of ultrasonics for the use in weld, bond, and immersion inspection techniques. Angle beam inspection and flaw detection and evaluation are covered in detail. This course satisfies the training hours needed for Level II certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189

Radiography Level I

Course Cost: $650

This course covers both X-Ray and Gamma Radiography with a balance of theory and practical sessions. Students will receive full instruction on darkroom procedures and radiographic interpretation. The Level I course is intended to introduce and provide participants with the theory and applications of radiographic inspection. This course satisfies the training hours needed for Level I certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.

Radiography level ii

Course Cost: $650

This course covers both X-ray and Game Radiography with a balance of theory and practical sessions. Students will receive full instruction on darkroom procedures and radiographic interpretation. The Level II course builds upon the Level I curriculum and emphasizes a greater depth of study, development of densitometric curves, exposure chart production and the development of procedures and techniques. This course satisfies the training hours needed for Level II certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189.
